Policy for our  Postage and Handling:

  • We deliver products  within Australia.
  • When online purchase made after 3 pm (Melbourne – Victoria time) , the goods will be sent the NEXT business day.
  • Goods purchased will arrive within 4-5 working days. We will send you an email to track your purchase.
  • FREE Shipping for products purchase over  $75 or more (In Melbourne – Victoria areas).
  • Flat rate of $15 shipping fee applied for products purchase under $75 (in Melbourne – Victoria areas).
  • FREE Shipping for products purchase over $150 or more (other states outside Victoria in Australia).
  • Flat rate of $15 Shipping Fee applied for products purchase under $150 (for other states outside Victoria in Australia).
  • Products orders via phone 0403 089 119 are also welcome. It is easy and you can also let us know if you want to stop by and pick up your orders at our Beauty Clinic.
  • Please do not hesitate to contact us on 0403 089 119 if you have any issues with your orders and we will do our best to solve the issues (when goods purchased have not been received after 5 working days).
  • All products deliveries will require signature for safety reason. Please leave a comment upon check out if you have other arrangement in mind or send us an email in that regard.
  • If you are based overseas, but can’t bear to live without your favorite Skeyndor products, we are happy to assist you.
  • Simply call us  on +61 403 089 119 from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm AEST or email to youthfuleternalskin@hotmail.com with your order with products, quantity amounts & your shipping address (please indicate whether you are an Australian Resident or not).
  • Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
  • Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
  • Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding taxes, duties and customs.
